Give customers clear, reliable support while keeping accurate records and following issues through to resolution.

• Respond to customer questions through the assigned communication channels.
• Record requests, actions and next steps accurately.
• Resolve routine issues within the agreed process and escalate when needed.
• Follow up on open cases and coordinate with the relevant internal team. Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with help desk, CRM, customer communication and knowledge-base tools.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement. Nice-to-Haves:
