About the RoleGael Enterprise is a growing bilingual team in Santo Domingo that supports U.

S.-based clients.

We’re looking for someone friendly, organized, and fluent in English and Spanish who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in client support and sales.

You will start as an Assistant Account Manager, helping with daily tasks so we can serve clients more efficiently. No prior experience is required – we provide full paid training. What matters most is your attitude: eagerness to learn, responsibility, and openness to ongoing feedback.

What You’ll DoAnswer calls and assist U.

S. clients in English.

Help with payments, follow-ups, and other account-related tasks.

Keep customer information organized and up to date in our system.

Track daily carrier reports and enter information into the management software.

Support our Account Managers and receptionist when needed.

Process policy changes (changes, endorsements, intent-to-cancel notices, reinstatements, etc.).

Assist with calls and follow-ups.

Leave clear notes and tasks in the system for other team members.

Maintain an organized, professional workspace and follow office schedules.

What We’re Looking ForHigh school graduate or university student / recent graduate.

At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).

Strong English skills (B2+ speaking level) and fluent Spanish.

Good computer and typing skills (comfortable with email, Office tools, and basic systems).

Reliable, positive attitude, and eager to learn.

Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through on tasks.

Strong customer service mindset and good telephone etiquette.

Open to feedback, training, and continuous learning.

Compensation & Growth

Paid training: RD$250 per hour.

Growth opportunity: Performance-based increases up to RD$350 per hour within the first year.

Full-time, 9am-5pm, observing US holidays and day-light savings hoursOn-site position in Santo Domingo.
