We’re seeking a strategic, multidisciplinary designer with 6+ years of experience across brand identity, UI/UX, social media, and marketing. You think in systems, not just styles, and you’re comfortable directing creative work from concept to execution. You should have:
6-10+ years of professional design experience (agency or internal marketing)
Strong portfolio in branding, UI/UX, social content, and strategic creatives
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.) and an openness to explore new tools
Fluent English (minimum B1)
Available 20+ hours/week, fully remote
Portfolio submission required
Lead visual direction across client projects, including branding, web/UI, social media, and multimedia initiatives.
Align design work with business outcomes; apply strategy-backed, conversion-focused approaches.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to shape and execute bold, scalable ideas.
Mentor and elevate the design team's output while maintaining high-quality visual systems.
Push creative boundaries using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Figma AI, etc.) to enhance ideation and production.
Work in a remote-first environment, managing time and priorities across projects and clients.
Requisitos
- Experience in motion graphics (Premiere/After Effects), 3D (Blender/Cinema 4D), WordPress/Shopify UI, and knowledge of HTML/CSS. Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Google Workspace) is a plus.
