Descripción del puesto
2–5 years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong written communication — able to create clear PRDs, tickets, and release notes that drive alignment
Proven experience shipping features end-to-end (discovery → spec → build → QA → launch → measurement)
Comfortable working in small, fast-moving teams with broad ownership
Experience with product tools like Jira (or similar), Figma, and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent)
Strong problem-solving skills — able to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements
PRDs & Feature Specs
Own the creation of clear, actionable product requirements. Engineering builds from what you write — clarity matters.

Feature Adoption & Performance
Track usage and performance post-launch. Identify what’s working, what’s not, and feed insights back into the roadmap.
QA Collaboration
Partner closely with QA and engineering — staying close enough to the details to catch issues before release.
