Qualifications:
Spanish: Native or near-native proficiency.
English: Minimum B2 (Intermediate) level or higher.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in telecommunications, field operations, or dispatching is a plus.
Proficiency with basic computer tools and scheduling systems.
The position also requires real-time coordination with field teams, prioritizing urgent service requests, and maintaining clear communication with internal departments and technicians. The Project Coordinator will monitor project progress, help resolve operational challenges, and support efficient routing and time management while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for field technicians working with coaxial and fiber optic networks.
Plan and optimize technician routes to improve efficiency and reduce travel time.
Manage and track work orders to ensure projects are completed on time.
Communicate with field technicians, supervisors, and internal teams regarding job status and updates.
Prioritize urgent service requests and adjust schedules in real time when needed.
Monitor project progress and ensure work meets company standards and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and technician activity logs.
Assist in resolving field issues to support smooth project operations.
