Required: 4+ years building and deploying full-stack apps; strong React and TypeScript frontend; production Python with AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3); Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform strongly preferred); relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB); CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar); high-ownership in a small team; professional English; US business hours alignment (9 AM–6 PM ET).
Strongly Preferred: healthcare/ HIPAA experience; Amazon Connect or cloud telephony; AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot); event-driven architectures (Event
Bridge, SQS/SNS); Cognito or similar identity systems; experience with US-based remote teams.
Develop and own features for the Client Portal (React/TypeScript) to manage back-office operations, analytics, and service interactions.
Implement Phone System Automation by integrating with Amazon Connect and RingCentral for call routing, transcription, and post-call workflows.
Contribute to Optometry
Connect EHR—greenfield EHR built on the Oystehr platform—tailoring it for optometry use.
Requisitos
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems, handling PII/PHI, and working in AI-native development environments. Familiarity with AI-assisted coding workflows and a track record of delivering secure, scalable healthcare software.
