We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries with empathy and efficiency, managing account requests, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced English (essential)
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
