Programmatic SEO experience is a hard requirement for this role.

Candidates must have:

3+ years experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, or technical SEO role at a B2B SaaS company

Demonstrated experience building and deploying programmatic SEO systems at scale

Strong experience working with web platforms and landing page infrastructure

Proficiency with technical SEO including site architecture, crawl optimization, schema markup, and indexing

Experience building automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, APIs, or scripts

Ability to write code when needed (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

Strong familiarity with modern AI tools for coding, automation, and content workflows

Experience implementing analytics, tracking, and attribution infrastructure

Build & Scale Our Web Infrastructure

Own and develop AutoRaptor’s web properties, including landing pages, performance optimization, and new site builds.

Design and launch high-converting landing pages focused on lead generation and conversion rate optimization.

Drive organic, paid, and AI-driven traffic to our web properties in collaboration with our Digital Marketing Manager.

Build and maintain analytics, tracking, tagging, and attribution infrastructure across our web ecosystem.

Programmatic SEO & Organic Growth

Lead and execute full-cycle programmatic SEO initiatives (hard requirement).

Identify large-scale keyword opportunities and build templated page architectures to capture long-tail search demand.

Build systems for generating and managing thousands of SEO pages efficiently.

Conduct technical SEO improvements including site architecture, schema markup, indexing strategy, and Core Web Vitals optimization.

Growth Experiments & Acquisition Channels

Test and scale new growth channels including YouTube, Reddit, X (Twitter), and niche industry communities.

Implement and manage retargeting strategies across paid channels.

Optimize paid channel tracking and attribution infrastructure.

AI & GTM Tooling

Evaluate, train, and manage AI-powered GTM tools.

Integrate AI tools into the company’s growth and marketing technology stack.

Build workflows that leverage AI for content generation, SEO scaling, research, and marketing automation.

Automation & Data Pipelines

Build data enrichment and scraping pipelines to power outbound prospecting and market intelligence.

Automate marketing workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, APIs, and custom scripts.

Leverage AI tools and coding to automate growth workflows and increase marketing output.

Requisitos

  • Experience building review, affiliate, or lead generation websites
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition and retargeting strategies
  • Experience with data scraping and enrichment pipelines
  • Background in vertical SaaS or the automotive industry
  • Experience scaling SEO-driven growth at a startup
