You will act as technical lead and solution architect on Salesforce platform projects, with mandatory expertise in Salesforce Field Service (SFS). You bridge complex business requirements to scalable technical reality: designing solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds while serving as subject matter expert for field service logistics, scheduling optimization, and mobile workforce management. Your work spans discovery sessions with clients, hands-on solution building, and project leadership alongside delivery teams. You mentor junior consultants on declarative versus programmatic approaches, present architectures to stakeholders, and align technical strategies with business outcomes. This role suits someone with deep development roots who has evolved into strategic architecture. You will lead both internal teams and client engagements in health and life sciences contexts where field service operations are critical to patient and provider experience.
Lead discovery sessions to understand business operations and technical challenges; design comprehensive, scalable solutions across core platform and industry clouds
Serve as lead architect and subject matter expert for Salesforce Field Service implementations: complex dispatching, scheduling, optimization, and mobile requirements
Directly build or technically support build of complex solutions across Field Service and platform clouds, ensuring best practices
Partner with Project Managers to define scope, estimate effort, build technical roadmaps; oversee technical delivery aligned to architectural vision
Mentor junior consultants, developers, administrators; provide documentation and specifications guiding declarative versus custom code decisions
Requisitos
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and building Salesforce solutions, with a deep focus on Field Service (SFS/FSL).
- Certification: Active Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification is mandatory for this role.
- Technical Root: Strong foundation in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex system integrations.
- Leadership: Proven track record in client-facing roles as a Senior Consultant or Architect, managing full-lifecycle implementations from discovery to delivery.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (C1 level), with the ability to lead workshops and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Skills: Ability to mentor technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive architectural consensus in ambiguous or high-pressure environments.
- Industry Plus: Prior experience in Health, Life Sciences, or related industries is highly valued.
