Job Description: We are seeking a Tech Support Representative with advanced English skills (minimum B2 level). This is not an IT position but a Call Center role where you will handle incoming calls. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience guiding customers and providing tech support, preferably in the mobile telephony sector. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate their experience and is tech savvy.

Requirements:

Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).

Minimum of 2 years experience in tech support and customer guidance.

Experience in mobile telephony support is desirable.

Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical information clearly.

Tech savvy with a passion for technology solutions.

Details:

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Zone 13

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, weekends off

Base Salary: Q6,000

Productivity Bonus: Q1,750
