We’re seeking engineers with 5+ years shipping real production products and a strong track record across the stack. You should be proficient in modern programming languages such as JavaScript (React, Node) and/or Python, with comfort across the full technology stack. You’re obsessed with 0→1 product development and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You’re actively building, experimenting with, or deploying AI products and energized by applying AI in your coding workflow. You’re autonomous, detail-oriented, and possess a strong builder mindset.

Build and ship MVPs quickly, taking ownership from concept to production.

Work hands-on with LLMs, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows.

Use tools like Copilot, Cursor, GPT, Claude, and other AI copilots daily to accelerate development.

Deliver AI-powered features inside high-growth startups across fintech, biotech, and next-gen infrastructure.

Requisitos

Experience shipping AI-powered solutions in production, familiarity with MLOps concepts, and a portfolio of AI integrations or deployments. Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to balance speed with robust engineering practices.
