Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for a U.
S.-based residential plumbing operation
Convert inbound inquiries into booked appointments using consultative, value-based communication
Schedule service appointments and coordinate dispatch with field technicians
Identify upsell and membership opportunities and present them naturally during customer interactions
Deliver a professional, high-touch experience on every interaction
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support operational workflows
Collaborate with operations and field teams to keep service delivery running smoothly
