Services company seeks a Business developer representative with experience in
Generation leads.
Requirements:
Bilingual C1
Any experience in Sales, leads generation and new clients
Location: San Pedro Sula (Altia) - Hybrid after probation period
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Honduras
Salary: +1.
000 USD + commisions
Key requeriments:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales development, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a related cold-calling role
Proven ability to make high-volume outbound calls (160+ per day) and maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
Experience handling objections and navigating gatekeepers to reach decision-makers
Comfortable working U.
S. Central Time business hours (approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday)
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional office environment
Strong computer literacy including comfort with CRM/SaaS platforms, cloud-based dialers, and web-based tools
Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Key responsabilities
Research and segment the target audience.
Create and manage campaigns to capture leads.
Use technology tools (CRM, automation).
Generate and qualify leads based on interest and potential.
Coordinate with the sales team to hand off leads.
Analyze and optimize campaign results.
