Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Location: Remote
Position Overview: We are seeking a high volume Sourcer Recruiter with experience in recruiting for operative roles. This role will involve identifying candidates in high volume, building relationships with them and helping clients find the right talent to support their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sourcing for customer service, admin, bpo call centers or manufacturing positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to submitting top candidates daily and following up with them.
Build and maintain strong relationships with them, understanding clients' needs and helping them source talent.
Keep track of candidates on ATS and Excel.
Identify and proactively recruit professionals through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sourcer Recruiter or HR Generalist performing recruitment activities for at least 2 years.
Good English communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and place talent at operative levels.
Excellent interpersonal and engaging communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with professional candidates.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
