We’re hiring a Sales & Billing Account Manager who will play a key role in managing client accounts, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring billing accuracy. This role requires someone proactive, detail - oriented, and comfortable working in a fast - paced environment. You’ll be the go - to person for client relationship management, sales coordination, and billing oversight—all while supporting our MSP and IT services projects. Key Responsibilities:
* Client account management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* Sales support: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare accurate, competitive quotes and proposals.
* Billing oversight: Handle invoicing, compliance, and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Revenue tracking: Monitor account performance, identify upsell opportunities, and support revenue growth initiatives.
* Vendor coordination: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and align procurement with client needs.
* Financial collaboration: Work with the accounting team on reconciliations, reporting, audits, and forecasting.
* Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales and billing workflows for efficiency.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales account management or billing operations, preferably in MSP or IT services.
- Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and CRM/project management tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of billing processes, client account management, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem - solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline - driven environment.
- Familiarity with MSP/IT services industry standards is a plus.
