Trip Leader

MEDLIFE is a non-profit empowering low-income communities in Latin America and Africa through healthcare, education, and development. They seek a Trip Leader to ensure the safe, timely delivery of Service Learning Trips and Mobile Clinics. Responsibilities:

Manage and inform volunteer groups, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Coordinate logistics for Mobile Clinics, projects, meals, transport, and lodging.

Deliver educational content, book optional activities, act as an English-Spanish interpreter, and provide operational reports.

Resolve volunteer issues directly.

Requirements:

3+ years in group management and a degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Humanities, or Social Sciences.

Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cultural sensitivity skills.

24-hour availability during bookings for this in-person contract role.
