MACHMEDIA is seeking a bilingual call center agent to provide professional customer support services for restaurants across the United States, including calls, reservations, customer inquiries, and operational assistance.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls
Manage reservations and food orders
Provide customer service in English and Spanish
Take messages and customer requests
Perform basic customer follow-ups
Use CRM and communication tools
Professionally represent restaurant clients
Requirements:
Advanced/Bilingual English
Excellent pronunciation and communication skills
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Stable internet connection and professional workspace
Personal laptop or computer
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
