You'll be the first voice prospective buyers and sellers hear, connecting them with the right agent at the right time. What you'll do: Reach out to and follow up with leads across our commercial and residential pipelines.

Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our agents.

Keep our CRM current with accurate notes and follow-up timelines.

Track your own results and hit weekly call and appointment goals.

Be the professional, friendly first impression of the TMG brand. Requirements: 2+ years of sales experience, in commercial and residential real estate.

Clear, confident communication skills, on the phone and in writing.
