We are looking for a Remote Assistant Project Manager to cover work outside Paris business hours while working daytime locally.

What you'll do:Assigning and coordinating project contributors (3D artists, designers, QC specialists)

Tracking deadlines and project stages

Maintaining clear communication between all project participants

Supporting the Project Manager with daily operational tasks

What you'll need:Strong written and spoken English is mandatory

French language proficiency is a strong plus, but not required

Experience in coordination, operations, or project support roles

Ability to organize tasks, prioritize, and work independently

Fast learner, flexible, and detail-oriented

Knowledge of 3D production or digital content workflows is a plus

Working hours:Monday–Friday18:00–01:00 Paris time – This is a daytime / early evening schedule in Latin America (for example: 12:00–19:00 in Colombia, 11:00–18:00 in Mexico, 12:00–19:00 in Peru)
