Your role:
Make outbound calls to clients to verify service levels, confirm login credentials, and increase the value delivered by our products
.
Research client accounts and schedule check-in calls to ensure high attendance rates and engagement
.
Identify opportunities by communicating strengths and areas for improvement within current products based on client feedback
.
What you need:
Excellent communication skills with a passion for creating a positive impact with every client interaction
.
Strong analytical abilities, including planning and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
.
Proficient software skills, specifically intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Excel
.
Visible Gross Monthly Salary: $15,500.
