What will you do?
- Provide specialized technical support for Google Cloud Storage, Databases, Serverless Solutions, and Networking
- Resolve complex issues and continuously improve our platforms
- Guide customers on best practices in cloud networking and storage
- Collaborate with a global team of engineers and specialists
- Stay updated with the latest cloud service launches and changes
Requisitos
- Strong understanding of Linux, Networking, Cloud Services, and Infrastructure
- Experience with Python, Java, or other programming languages
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of databases, containers, and DevOps
- Understanding of web protocols and security (HTTP, TLS, SMTP, OAuth, REST)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Collaborative ability
- Passion for learning and staying updated
