📞 Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Roofing Campaign (Remote)

We’re hiring a reliable and consistent cold caller to book appointments for a roofing company. Your role is to call homeowners, start conversations, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

This is NOT a closing role — your focus is setting appointments.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using our power dialer
• Complete 200–250+ dials per day
• Follow a proven script while keeping conversations natural
• Identify homeowners interested in roofing services (inspection, repair, replacement)
• Book qualified appointments directly into our calendar
• Handle basic objections and keep momentum on calls
• Update call outcomes in the CRM

🧠 Requirements

• Fluent English (clear speaking is REQUIRED)
• Comfortable with cold calling (this is a must)
• Previous calling or appointment setting experience preferred
• Ability to follow a script but sound natural

• Reliable internet + quiet workspace

💰 Pay Structure

• Hourly base pay
