2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, IT Support, Technical Support, or similar roles.
Experience managing and documenting support tickets or service requests.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Advanced English proficiency (90% or higher, both spoken and written).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Stable internet connection. What We Offer:
Base Salary: $800.

Remote Work Allowance: $50.

Performance Bonus: Up to $200.
