Position: Loan Advisor – Remote Independent Agent
Location: Costa Rica (remote, home office required)
Contract Type: Independent Associated Agent (not employment) About the Role: E710LABS is seeking disciplined professionals with a strong work ethic to join our elite remote team. As a Loan Advisor, you will act as the strategic bridge between prospective clients and our Associate Partners, ensuring precision in lead management and financial qualification. Key Responsibilities: Lead management with consultative communication to maximize conversions. CRM data governance using FORTH with strict compliance standards. Financial diagnostics to assess program affordability. Enrollment support and preparation of client packages. Post-enrollment follow-up during the first 60 days to ensure retention. Requirements: Advanced English (spoken and written). Experience in financial services, debt resolution, or sales support preferred. Strong organizational discipline and ethical standards. Technical setup: Intel i5 (8th gen+), 8GB RAM, 250GB SSD, licensed antivirus. Full-shift Zoom presence with camera/mic active; formal dress code. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. Compensation: Training & attendance bonus: USD $12.
