Formulate and execute Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for Infinix smartphones and ecosystem products in Venezuela; oversee the end-to-end lifecycle from product positioning and feature conceptualization to omni-channel promotion, boosting brand awareness and sales conversion. In-Depth Local Consumer Insights & Market Analysis:

Establish an end-to-end local user research and consumer insights framework; lead studies on demographic profiling, usage habits, purchase motivations, replacement cycles, and price sensitivity.

Uncover pain points and cultural touchpoints among local Venezuelan youth to translate consumer insights into product selling points, localized storytelling, and promotional strategies.

Continuously monitor the Venezuelan smartphone landscape, retail ecosystem, and competitor dynamics; deliver comprehensive competitor analyses and forward-looking market opportunity reports on a regular basis. Localized Content & Digital Marketing:

Manage the local social media matrix (TikTok, Instagram, etc.); produce high-engagement short videos, trending topics, and interactive campaigns tailored to local youth preferences; integrate AI tools to enhance efficiency in creative ideation and scriptwriting. KOL Management & Cross-Industry Partnerships:

Build and nurture an ongoing local network of tech, lifestyle, and entertainment influencers (KOLs/KOCs); expand local PR, media partnerships, co-branding initiatives, and major event sponsorships to strengthen brand trust and youth identity. Channel Retail Activation & Offline Events:

Collaborate with sales and retail teams to plan and execute offline roadshows, POSM deployment, pop-up stores, and seasonal promotional campaigns (e.g., Mother's Day, Black Friday, Christmas) to drive retail sell-out and enhance channel loyalty. Team Leadership, Budget & Execution Delivery:

Lead, guide, and assess the local marketing team; adhere strictly to company work assignments and operational arrangements to ensure high-quality execution across all marketing campaigns. Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

3+ years of marketing experience in 3C consumer electronics, smart hardware, or renowned FMCG brands. Prior experience in smartphone GTM execution or localized marketing is strongly preferred. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish as working languages (capable of business communications, reporting, and cross-border collaboration). Professionalism & Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility, proactive execution, and organizational discipline; willing to strictly follow company arrangements, directives, and task assignments.

High stress tolerance with the flexibility to accommodate overtime and fast-paced demands during campaign execution, promotional peaks, and new product launches. Core Competencies: Proficient in qualitative and quantitative user research methods with strong data sensitivity and insights-to-action capabilities.

In-depth understanding of the local Venezuelan social media landscape, influencer ecosystem, mainstream media channels, and offline retail environment.

Solid end-to-end project management skills, cross-functional coordination, and crisis PR response capabilities. Preferred Qualifications (Plus) Experience in marketing synergy or cross-border project execution across other Latin American (LATAM) markets.

Deep familiarity with local tech communities, youth esports/gaming subcultures, or urban lifestyle trends.
