Virtual Assistant (English & Spanish) – Customer Service, Phone Support, Social Media. Pay: $10–$12 USD/hour, depending on experience Schedule:38 hours per week About the position: We are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly motivated Bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in both English and Spanish. This role is more than just administrative tasks. We want someone who can become an important part of our team by providing excellent customer service, handling phone calls, and helping manage our social media presence. Schedule: Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Consistent availability during these hours is required. Responsibilities: answer and make customer calls, answer customer questions, provide outstanding service in English and Spanish, create and publish posts and ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, help with customer follow-up and basic administrative tasks.
