A logistics company is looking for a B2B Sales Manager to drive client acquisition in a new market and sell the company's logistics services. If you are passionate about sales, love building strategic partnerships, and have a strong interest in logistics and the automotive industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities • Market Expansion & Client Acquisition: Identify potential business clients, establish initial contact, and actively pitch the company’s wholesale and logistics services to drive market growth. • End-to-End Relationship Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of B2B customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and a high level of client retention. • Sales Execution & Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, shipping, and terms of cooperation. Prepare tailored commercial proposals, close deals, and execute contracts. • Data Management & Performance Tracking: Maintain, segment, and update the B2B customer database. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize service quality and report regularly on sales cycle performance. Requirements • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in active B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, or wholesale account management. • Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build immediate rapport with business partners. • Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong ability to navigate data, make data-driven decisions, and manage multiple complex orders simultaneously while staying highly organized.
