USD $1,500 Base Salary + Sales Commissions Panama Home Realty is seeking an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our established team in Panama City. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to manage clients, build relationships, negotiate effectively, and successfully close transactions. We are an established real estate company with a recognized brand, professional marketing, an extensive property portfolio, qualified leads, and an established operational structure. We provide the platform, resources, marketing, and business opportunities. You bring the experience, discipline, professionalism, and ability to deliver results. The successful candidate must be capable of independently managing the complete sales and rental process, from the initial client inquiry to negotiation and closing. We are not looking for someone who simply responds to inquiries or schedules property viewings. We are looking for someone who understands sales, takes ownership of client relationships, follows up consistently, identifies opportunities, and converts qualified leads into successful transactions. WHAT WE EXPECT * A minimum of 3 years of proven professional sales experience. * At least 1 year of real estate sales or leasing experience. * Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Non-negotiable. * Proven negotiation and closing abilities. * Confidence working directly with property owners, investors, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. * Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills. * Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned clients. * Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail. * A professional presentation and high standards of integrity. * Motivation to achieve measurable sales results. Does not wait to be reminded to contact clients, follow up on opportunities, or move negotiations forward.
