Job Description: We are looking for a Sales and Reservation Specialist to manage inbound calls related to warehouse reservations. This role involves working initially onsite and then transitioning to a work-from-home setup. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales within a BPO environment, possess strong negotiation skills, and demonstrate excellent customer service. Requirements: English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level. Experience in sales in a BPO setting. Strong negotiation and customer service skills. Flexibility and availability to work varied hours.
